Surgery Requirements

• Be at least 19 years old
• Have undergone at least 12 months of hormone therapy (unless medically contraindicated)

Insurance and Medicaid

Dr. Jedrzejewski accepts many private insurance plans and also participates in managed Medi-Cal programs. A managed Medi-Cal plan is a California Medicaid option administered by private insurance providers under contract with the state. These plans offer the same benefits as traditional Medi-Cal but within a specific provider network.
